Zara Shahjahan presents the “Love Bug” collection

“Love Bug” has been conceptualized as a modern and leading-edge Prêt collection with Jungle Florals as the main inspiration. In-house prints have been developed by a free-hand artist at the Zara Shahjahan design house and accessorized with insect inspired embellishments. Each print pattern has avant-garde aesthetics and artsy embellishments making each ensemble a statement piece.

Fabrics used mostly consist of silks and organza with tulle as the surface fabric for dresses. All embellishments have been hand developed in-house using French knots, studs, crystals and stones. With Love Bug, Zara Shahjahan sticks to her philosophy of minimalism. Straight and structured silhouettes, higher hemlines and an extremely fresh color palette with splashes of lime green and lemon yellow with black as the base, Love Bug is a visually attractive take on jungle florals. The collection consists of globally trending separates such as cropped tops paired with high waist pants, structured skirts and form fitting pant suits.
