Since Salman Khan’s big Eid release Race 3 is arriving this Friday, Veere Di Wedding will face a huge screen crunch at the box office. The movie has drawn a lot of interest especially as it is Kareena Kapoor Khan’s first film since she became a mother, and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s first movie to release since her wedding. For Swara Bhasker, it is a different zone that she is stepping into and Shikha Talsania is making her debut with the project.
Veere Di Wedding marks the second collaboration between Shashanka Ghosh and Sonam Kapoor after Dolly Ki Doli. The film is jointly produced by Rhea Kapoor, Nikhil Dwivedi, Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under their respective banners. Anyway, do you think it can become the third women-centric film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark after Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Raazi?
