Read to know more. Some Bollywood movies start making the headlines as soon as
they are announced. One of those movies is director-choreographer Remo
D’souza’s dance film. The movie initially starred Katrina Kaif and Varun Dhawan
in the lead. However, a few days back, Katrina Kaif backed out from the film
due to professional commitments to another project. Amidst this, the makers are
weighing their options and will soon reveal the new leading lady opposite Varun
Dhawan. According to latest reports, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor are in
the running for this role.
Amid all this buzz, the movie is all set to go on floors
this month. The actor will be seen playing a guy from a small town in Punjab
who will grow up in London. Varun will start shooting for the same from January
22 in Punjab. A source told Mumbai Mirror. “During the first seven-day schedule
in Punjab, a song and a few scenes will be shot after which the team moves to
UK in the first week of February. A major chunk of the film will be shot in
London, and it wraps up mid-April.” When Katrina was finalized, Varun had
shared an image on Instagram along with information about this project.
However, she is no longer a part of the film and while the
makers haven’t named any actress yet, the actor is all geared up to shoot for
the film. In this film, choreographer, Shakti Mohan will also be making her
Bollywood debut. Like the previous movies like ABCD, this film will also
feature a face-off between an Indian team and an international dance team.
Also, Prabhudeva will be seen playing a vital character in the film. Also, the
movie will be shot in 3D and will later be converted to 4DX. The nitty-gritty
Varun’s role has been hidden till date. However, it was revealed that the movie
majorly will focus on competition and dance training. The movie is slated to
release on November 8, 2019.
