Tips to celebrate this Eid-ul Azha while staying at home and keeping social distance!

As Eid-ul-Azha is just around the corner and everyone is gearing up to celebrate the prestigious event with full devotion and passion. Eid-ul-Azha is a festival of sacrifice and commemorates Abraham’s selfless and willing sacrifice of his son. As the Eid is celebrated with absolute zeal, social gatherings, gigantic dinners, and traditional values but this Eid-ul-Azha would be somewhat different. We are observing this Eid during coronavirus pandemic so it is obligatory to undertake all the necessary precautions before heading to the celebrations. Pakistani is facing one of the darkest times ever witnessed by the nation and people should take it more seriously to keep themselves and others safe.

Our prime minister Imran Khan provoked all the netizens to celebrate this eid with care and precautions as coronavirus cases are declining and we don’t want it to spread again like before. Here is what he stated;

If it is necessary to meet your close relatives, you should take SOPs against the coronavirus and maintain a fair distance.

Say “no” to gatherings:

This Eid is all about gatherings, BBQs, and merriments but as we are under the pandemic situation, we should definitely say a big NO to gatherings.

Virtual greetings:

Set up a skype meeting and rely on social media for interaction with friends rather than meeting them in person.

Distribute (A LOT):

It would be appreciable if you distribute a substantial amount of meat to the poor lot as there are white-collar families who are facing difficulties due to coronavirus.
