Life is a continuous struggle. If you have to achieve something you have to struggle for it. Sometimes you achieve your aim and sometimes you miss it but when you fail to achieve your goal the thing that you miss is your will power to do it. Our entire life is based on making decisions about different things and sometimes also about our own self. The most important thing in making any decision is will power. If we witness the role of willpower in your daily life: From the moment the alarm sounds in the morning till the sleeping time, our lives are full of temptations that tax our self-control and drain our willpower. Sometimes willpower is a lot like the television remote control — hard to find just when you want it most.  Everyone has goals in life and If you want to reach a goal, you must ‘see the reaching’ in your own mind before you actually arrive at your goal. Do not be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better. What if they are a little course and you may get your coat soiled or torn? What if you do fail, and get fairly rolled in the dirt once or twice. Up again, you shall never be so afraid of a tumble. It’s the chemistry of our mind that is behind the lack of will power. Following are some suggestions to boost your will power, so that you may get the extra push you need to achieve what you want to!

  1. Set your goals according to your desire and ability.  Understand that sometimes a lack of willpower can come from goals that are larger-than-life for the moment.
  2. Do not waste time on thinking. When you set a goal then work hard for it without having any negative thought in your mind.
  3. Don’t ever under estimate your self.  As it is said imagination is the beginning of creation.  You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine, and, at last, you create what you will.
  4. If you suffer from a lack of willpower to do something, you might search yourself for the reason behind it. You must find out what that one thing is that’s holding you back can be a big part of the battle. When you know what’s wrong, you can start to fix it
  5. Don’t think that your goal is hard to achieve. Difficulties are the part of the life. Don’t let difficulty be an excuse not to do something. Don’t give up just because something is hard.
  6.  Don’t judge yourself harshly. No one else knows how hard a task may be for you, so don’t listen other what they say. You should be confident about what you doing.
  7. Be flexible; don’t get so rigid to set your goal and its accomplishment. There should be a space for the adjustment of your failure on any stage alternatives should be present for your plans. If there is no flexibility your failure may crush your willpower.
