It has been reported that Selena Gomez has entered a mental health facility after being hospitalized twice in two weeks—the second time which labels as an “emotional breakdown.”

The first hospital visit took place during the last week of September. Selena was “despondent and emotional over an alarmingly low white blood cell count in the wake of her kidney transplant, “family member took her to the hospital in Los Angeles.

The singer was released from hospital after few weeks, “re-admitted late last week because her low blood cell count persisted, and it threw Selena into a downward emotional spiral.”

Selena wanted to leave the hospital, and experienced an “emotional breakdown” when she was told she wasn’t allowed to. She’s now said to be at a psychiatric facility on the East Coast, and is receiving DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), a treatment used for various mental health conditions.”
