Based in the 1960s, when Hollywood was facing its biggest ‘hippie movement’, Quentin Tarantino’s latest directorial venture titled Once Upon A Time In Hollywood has just dropped its first teaser. And from the look of it, this film will be one hell of a ride. It has already been established that Once Upon A Time In Hollywood has one of the greatest cast in the history of Hollywood films, now the teaser will make you want to watch the movie right now.

In the teaser, we see Leonardo DiCaprio, who plays Rick Dalton, giving an interview with his body stunt double Cliff Booth (played by Brad Pitt). Soon after we see Rick Dalton as JK Hill of the popular TV series Bounty Law do his on-screen thing and charm the audience. The teaser also shows Margot Robbie as yesteryear actress Sharon Tate, who was also a fashion icon in Hollywood in the ‘60s and a TV sensation.

We also see a ‘60s themed colour neighbourhoods in Hollywood and an appearance by Bruce Lee! No, not the deceased Hollywood star but an actor playing Bruce Lee – he surely stole the teaser. So far, from the teaser, one thing is certain – this film is going to be one epic ride and we bet after watching the footage you too won’t be able to hold your excitement.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is reportedly based around the time of the Manson family massacres. If you didn’t know already, Margot Robbie’s role in the film, that of Sharon Tate will most certainly meet a tragic end in the film, as the yesteryear actress was brutally murdered at the age of 26, in 1969, by the followers of Charles Mason. Director Quentin Tarantino, who is set to release his 9th film had this to say earlier

“I’ve been working on this script for five years, as well as living in Los Angeles County most of my life, including in 1969, when I was 7 years old,” Tarantino has said of the film. “I’m very excited to tell this story of an L.A. and a Hollywood that don’t exist anymore. And I couldn’t be happier about the dynamic teaming of DiCaprio and Pitt as Rick and Cliff.” – Quentin Tarantino. And that is not it. The film also boasts of a stellar cast including Academy Award winning actor Al Pacino, yesteryear Hollywood superstar Kurt Russell, Luke Perry, Damien Lewis, Dakota Fanning, Tim Roth, Emile Hirsch, Lena Dunham and others. Once Upon A Time In Hollywood will hit theatres on July 26.
