Kanye West announces to run for US president in 2024

US reality TV star Kim Kardashian’s husband turned to Instagram and shared a photo with the caption ‘2024 US #kanyewest’

Kanye West confirmed his withdrawal from the 2020 US presidential race, two weeks after sending shockwaves with the announcement of him running for president on 3rd November general elections.

The father of four also shared a story where he also confirmed to run for the president in 2024 elections saying “See you at the 2024 election.”

Kanye West has reportedly dropped out of the 2020 presidential race less than two weeks after announcing his bid for the White House. Steve Kramer, a member of West’s campaign team, told that after amassing a 180-strong campaign team in Florida, the rapper would allegedly no longer be contesting the election.

“He’s out,” Kramer said, telling the publication that he was in the process of getting “all our stuff cancelled.” The reports come just days after a US presidential poll suggested that the “Stronger” rapper would gain less than two percent of votes were he to run against President Donald Trump and presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

West announced his candidacy on 4th July, tweeting: “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States.”

Kanye West had lately made an announcement that he would be participating in 2020’s election but he stepped back from his decision.
