“We believe that it’s a wonderful platform to showcase your capabilities and display your products in front of a captive audience. In this fashion week, we are hoping to see much more colourful fashion oriented ranges to be displayed in more creative ways than last year”.
This April at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week, Ittehad will be showcasing a spring/summer collection which comprises of four unique segments. Each segment draws inspiration from a different culture and era that vary from florals and English culture to classic Audrey Hepburn and a touch of ethnic funks. The collection has been derived from fabrics like lawn, chiffons and silks that incorporate cuts like A-line, flowy gowns, straight pants and jump suits upon which embroidery, tilla work and lace work has been adjusted. The diverse colour palette chiefly makes use of pastels and whites, featuring trendy womenswear with four menswear pieces as well.
With almost four decades of distinction in the textile sector, Ittehad Group of Industries has grown immensely. Launched in 1973 and first equipped with roller printing technology, Ittehad ensured a strong emphasis on quality control which has been popular with the Pakistani consumer since its first market initiation. Within a span of ten years, the company engaged the more sophisticated technology of rotary printing. And over time, it has set consistent standards of industry excellence, committed to its philosophy of producing superior fabric.
