Karan Johar is known for his equation with those in the film fraternity. His association with Shah Rukh Khan has stayed strong despite stray rumours about there being a rift between the two.
Ranbir Kapoor too has made a strong presence in his inner circle. Among the ladies, Kajol and Kareena Kapoor seem to have a strong rapport with the director-producer.
From the looks of it, Imran Khan seems to be the latest entrant in Karan’s exclusive club. After ‘I Hate Luv Stories’, the actor will be seen in Karan’s upcoming film, ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’.
“It’s like a homegrown family setup,” says Karan adding, “To me working with Ranbir or Imran is like working with family. They are kids of the house and I love them. I know that they’re always there for me and my production house. There has never been and will never be a moment when I cannot pick up the phone and ask them to do something for me.”
He is quick to add that despite the closeness and fondness, nobody takes each other for granted. “That would be unreasonable, isn’t it? I only ask them for something when it is really important. In any case, I am grateful to both these kids for constantly doing fantastic stuff in my films,” he says.
