Fashion Designer Fahad Hussayn to exhibit exclusively at the PFDC Boulevard in Lahore

[Lahore, Thursday 23rd May 2013]: After having recently participated at the PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week, leading fashion designer Fahad Hussayn is set to exhibit his womenswear and menswear collection at the PFDC Boulevard [MallOne, Main Boulevard, Gulberg – Lahore] over a period of 3 days from 24th till 26th of May 2013 from 11 am to 09 pm.

The exclusive exhibition will feature Fahad Hussayn’s Spring/Summer Collection titled ‘Praxus’ which he showcased at the PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2013. Fahad Hussayn’s inspiration behind the collection comes from his love and appreciation of the people of Pakistan who have faced every adversity with bravery and courage during the last few years.  The collection’s name ‘Praxus’ means a mythical inspired imaginary world of warriors, warriors who fight for love. In order to further covey his inspiration the designer has used colors like ivory and shades of metallic gold coupled with limited edition silk prints, custom designed fabrics and flock prints on net. The collection pieces also features metallic embroideries along with silhouettes and patchwork used to create desired optical illusions in crystal facets.

In addition to this, Fahad Hussayn is also exhibiting his limited edition print museum lawn collection, available both in ready-to-wear and unstitched fabric along with his signature mid-summer Prèt, Prodigy. Fahad Hussayn is also exhibiting his read-to-wear special edition kurtas for men.

Speaking about the exhibition at the PFDC Boulevard, Fahad Hussayn has said, “I want people to experience the quality and the value for money that the Prodigy range offers. The collection features a diverse array of clothing at varied price ranges, where there’s something for everyone and an outfit for every occasion.”

Fahad Hussayn will soon be launching his first flagship store in Lahore prior to which all of his collections will be available for pre-booking of prints at the exhibition.
