Wear SPF Religiously:
This is probably the most valuable piece of advice anyone can give you. The higher the SPF the better. Not only does it keep wrinkles at bay but it also protects your skin from harmful UV rays. Also re-apply after every 2-3 hours.
Switch to a Tinted Moisturizer:
You don’t need to use heavy foundations in summer – the sweat will streak. Instead, switch to a tinted moisturizer that gives you coverage as well as hydration. Plus it’s much lighter on your skin – letting it breathe.
Stash Your Lotions in the Fridge:
Yes, you read right. Stashing your body lotion or moisturizer will not only be cooling but easily absorbed into the skin.
Hot water & lemon:
Try this and trade your chai/coffee, for some hot water with lemon every morning, which will rejuvenate your skin from within. Vitamin C is VITAL for glowing skin, and it helps kill bacteria known to cause blemishes. For added results, apply the half lemon you didn’t squeeze into your water directly to your skin, and watch it magically brighten.
Nothing says ‘glowing skin’ better than WATER. Don’t forget the most critical aspect of achieving glowing skin is water there is no better way to get rid of all the toxins in your body, so drink up and drink responsibly.
