Celebrate Pakistan’s 70 years with Dolmen Mall

14th August is the day we Pakistanis celebrate as our Independence Day. From decorating our homes and offices to show our unity and love towards Pakistan, every individual of the nation shows his love in a different manner. Though 14th August is more about flags, passion and patriotic songs, recently various brands and shopping malls have been conducting fun activities and offer sales to celebrate Independence with their customers, making the Independence Day one of the best time to find some great shopping deals.

We visited Dolmen Mall Clifton to see what we can find and what they have to offer as they celebrate the Independence Day. The first thing that we noticed was the exquisite decor and setup. The mall had a great number of Pakistani Flags all over with green and white balloons. There were stalls selling handmade things with entertaining slogans like “Jeet Magar Pyar Say.” In an ‘Azaadi Special’ lucky draw, customers could win amazing prizes every day till the celebrations ends. All they had to do was to shop for Rs. 5000 or more to be a part of the lucky draw.

But lucky draw is not the reason to shop when there is sale on almost every item! Various outlets had up to 70% discounts and we just could not control ourselves!

The best part of decor for us was the truck art decorated rickshaw. It looked so attractive, we sat in it and took a lot of pictures.

There were also various stalls of food, face painting and other fun activities. At “CHAL BAZZAR CHALLA” we found our favorite patriotic shirt to wear on 14th August.

And this wasn’t all, a 3D Mapping and Laser Light Show was organised by Dolmen Mall on 12th and 13th. It was the biggest Laser Show ever to be seen in Karachi. The 3D Mapping covered the story of Pakistan’s heritage of 70 years. It wasn’t just informative but also awe-inspiring.

Finally on the 13th of August at 11.30 pm Dolmen organized a countdown till 12 am for Independence Day.
