A. My diet is generally a mix of carbs, proteins and fats.

A. No, I have never felt the need to try fad diets because I am genetically blessed with a high metabolic rate.

A. Well, I eat chicken, fish, vegetables and rice. Actually, I eat everything.
Q. So then how do you stay in shape?
A. When I say I eat everything, it does not mean I don’t eat healthy food. I eat food in small proportions and religiously work out four to five times a week.

A. Eat clean, healthy food and workout regularly. If you want to stay in shape, you must do both in equal measure.
Q. What is the one healthy habit you wish you had?
A. I wish I could sleep early. Sleeping early and getting a good night’s sleep is important if you want to stay fit.
Q. What is the one healthy habit you’re glad you have?
A. I am glad that I love working out. It’s one healthy habit I think everyone should have.
Q. What’s your No. 1 no-fail mood booster?
A. It has to be eating fruits. The minute I eat fruits, I feel rejuvenated and fresh.

A. Doing weight training and a cardiovascular workout has always given me good results.
Q. The one healthy food that’s always in your fridge…
A. Eggs. I always have them in my fridge.
Q. One forbidden food you crave the most…
A. Thankfully, no food is forbidden for me. Since I have a high metabolic rate, I can eat what I like. But I don’t take it for granted. I make sure I work out regularly even if I eat something unhealthy.
