Actress Zara Noor Abbas opened up about her depression in a recent post as she had been diagnosed with clinical depression. She highlighted the matter on her social media to inform everyone how important it is to take care of your mental health.
The actor opened up about his struggles and mental health issues that he faced during and after completing his then on going drama Sadqey Tumhare.
“Every time I have gone out, people just can’t help asking me why I am no longer on the screen… Although it’s incredibly flattering to feel the genuine love of people who’ve appreciated my work as an actor, I do feel uncomfortable sometimes. In those quick short fire exchanges, I can’t seem to explain the role acting has in my life,” wrote Adnan.
She is exceptional actress as she performed immaculately in drama Deeware Shab and garnered praises. She also talked about depression openly by stating that She had been fighting depression for almost 7 years and although she went to see the doctor.
She talked about how the environment in her house affected her mental condition. She made it a point that she talked about her fight with depression in every talk show because according to her that is what her therapist recommended.
Mawra Hocane along with her sister Urwa talked about depression rather casually when they were invited as guests in Nida Yasir’s morning show. She revealed that she had been fighting anxiety for quite sometime and showed support to all of those who are suffering from it.
