TWENTY-THREE short films and documentaries were screened on the second day of Vasaakh Film Festival at the FC College University on Tuesday.
The documentaries raised social issues, ranging from lives in the slums of Ravi to poverty and domestic violence. Not to be loud was the first documentary screened on the second day of the film gala, followed by a short film Hayulla , which was the story of how people came to be victims of superstitions and destroyed their lives.
